Sessions are located inside Diesel Fitness.

As of January 2022, all patients who are uninsured or opting to self pay for services and who are beginning a new course of care with us, have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout the course of your care. This estimate will be sent to prior to your first appointment.

Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that addresses issues related to the pelvic floor muscles, which support the bladder, uterus, and rectum. This therapy helps women manage conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Through targeted exercises, internal muscle assessment, manual techniques, and education, pelvic floor therapy aims to improve muscle strength, coordination, and overall pelvic health. Concierge sessions for pelvic floor therapy are offered in-home to provide convenience and flexibility for scheduling.

Fee for Service Soft Tisssue

Wellness service offering instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), soft tissue mobilization, manual stretching. No PT assessment or treatment (ie exercises, education on exercise, evaluation or assessment) is offered at these appointments.

My passion for sports and fitness drove me to specialize in physical therapy and graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 2017. I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and have completed Barbell Rehab coursework. I later pursued pelvic floor physical therapy training, becoming a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Specialist to support women with pelvic pain and dysfunction.

I founded Training Health Physical Therapy to offer personalized care without the constraints of insurance. I’m dedicated to building meaningful relationships with my patients and guiding them through their recovery with accessible education and support.
